ევროკავშირი, როგორც გლობალური აქტორი: ინსტიტუტები, ღირებულებები და ინტერესები

წიგნი „ევროკავშირი, როგორც გლობალური აქტორი: ინსტიტუტები, ღირებულებები და ინტერესები“ ევროკავშირის მიერ დაფინანსებული პროექტის „ჟან მონეს კათედრა ილიაუნიში“ (2023–2026) ფარგლებში მომზადდა. ნაშრომში განხილულია ევროკავშირის როლი თანამედროვე საერთაშორისო პოლიტიკაში, მისი საგარეო პოლიტიკის ჩამოყალიბება და განვითარება, ძირითადი ინსტიტუტები და საერთაშორისო ასპარეზზე მოქმედების მექანიზმები. წიგნი ასევე მიმოიხილავს ევროკავშირის ურთიერთობებს ამერიკის შეერთებულ შტატებთან, ჩინეთთან და რუსეთთან. ცალკე თავი ეთმობა ევროკავშირის პოლიტიკას სამხრეთ კავკასიაში, მათ შორის საქართველოსთან, სომხეთთან და აზერბაიჯანთან ურთიერთობებს. ნაშრომი განკუთვნილია სტუდენტებისთვის, მკვლევრებისთვის და ყველა დაინტერესებული მკითხველისთვის, ვისაც სურს უკეთ გაიგოს ევროკავშირის ადგილი და როლი თანამედროვე საერთაშორისო ურთიერთობებში.

The European Union as a Global Actor: Institutions, Values and Interests, authored by Giorgi Gvalia, was prepared and published within the framework of the EU-funded Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Chair at Ilia State University (2023–2026). The book examines the European Union’s role in contemporary international relations, combining theoretical perspectives with an analysis of the evolution of EU foreign policy, its institutional framework, decision-making mechanisms, and instruments of external action. Particular attention is devoted to the EU’s relations with major global powers, including the United States, China, and Russia, as well as its policies towards the South Caucasus. The publication aims to provide students, researchers, and wider audiences with a comprehensive Georgian-language academic resource for understanding the EU’s evolving international role.
