Thomson Reuters: Journal Citation Report
Dear users of electronic databases,
We would like to inform you that you can access analysis of scientific journals of 2015 in Thomson Reuters’s scientific electronic database (JCR), where you can find detailed bibliometric data (impact-factor, citation indicator, etc.)
To view the above mentioned information, open the link and search for ISI Web of Knowledge – Journal Citation Reports, then click on the command “access from the university” or “access beyond the university”, according to your location.
- After opening the electronic database, there will be a menu on the left side which enables users to search for the desired journal by indicating its title;
- You can also search for journals according to one specific field, publisher or country;
- For instance, let’s choose anthropology in the category, indicate the year 2015 and click on submit down below;
- As a result, the system shows us the list with corresponding data alongside journal titles;
- Users can order the list according to impact factor in increasing as well as decreasing numbers. They can also download the list by using the download function in the upper right corner;
- When clicking on the journal title, we can see the detailed analysis of bibliometric data of the specific journal
We would like to remind you that from 2013 Ilia State University is the only authorized consumer of Thomson Reuters (WOS JCR) in Georgia.
