Room for group works
Dear users of the library,
We would like to inform you that starting from January 12th of 2017 it is possible to reserve and use the room for group works located in the Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani hall of the library.
- Who is eligible to use the room for group works:
Representatives of Ilia State University (academic personnel, students and university staff)
- How many groups can occupy the room at the same time?
Altogether 4 groups can reserve the room at the same time. Besides, depending on the purpose of the meeting only one group can book the room for group works.
- What is the time limit for using the room?
The room can be reserved for 3 hours max during the working day
- How can a user reserve the room?
In order to use the room for group works one has to book it beforehand. To do this you can either reserve it personally by going to the venue or fill in the electronic form. After completing the procedure a librarian will send you a mail on the indicated email address to confirm reservation.
