- Through close cooperation with university faculties and schools, identification of relevant and up to dated literaturein the field (listed in syllabuses of study programs) to ensure its availability at the library;
- Research institutes providing the list of the field specific newest publications, which are purchased by the library;
- Making “readers” of learning resources. “Reader” is produced both in printed and electronic form. The printed “reader” is available in the reading rooms, and the electronic one – on a special portal, which can be accessed only by using the university e-mail. The “reader” is made at the request of the professor or the lecturer, with considering the copyright;
- On the base of request from the faculties, schools and research institutes the library is providing access to academic databases;
- While preparing study programs for accreditation and during the external quality evaluation, based on the recommendations and suggestions received from experts, the library is purchasing different information resources;
- Purchasing of frequently requested books and enrichment of items based on analysis of reader demand;
- Improvement of specific services based on the results of annual evaluation of university services by students, academic and administrative staff of the university.
